You retain ownership of your business and customer data. You confirm that your use of the platform complies with local privacy, consent, and healthcare-adjacent regulations applicable to your services.

3. Billing

Subscription charges are billed according to your selected plan. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a signed agreement.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability and timely maintenance communication. Temporary interruptions may occur due to upgrades, infrastructure incidents, or third-party provider outages.
